Tawa Acquire Continental Management Services

The Tawa Group is pleased to announce that Tawa Limited, the parent company of Tawa Management Limited, has acquired through its subsidiary, KX Re Holdings Limited, the whole of the issued share capital of Continental Management Services from CNA Financial Corporation.

Following completion the name of the company has changed to
KX Reinsurance Company and will be known as KX RE.
