In particular, Tawa has taken a leading role with the FSA in helping shape regulation in the run off space, and has an excellent relationship with the UK regulator.

From the delivery of specific issues such as internal or regulatory change, preparation for Arrow visits or Thematic reviews, through to the provision of an outsourced regulation support service, Tawa can assist. With the focus of regulators looking at specific issues (including ICAS compliance, the control environment, money laundering and data protection) the effort needed to meet these demands is putting increasing pressures upon companies.
