Quality Assurance

The concept of quality is one which is often considered, and one such definition is contained within ISO 8402:

"totality of characteristics of an entity which bear on its ability to satisfy stated and implied needs"

Tawa believes that no quality regime can be implemented on the basis of implied needs, and it is essential at the outset that clearly defined quality measures are produced and agreed. The quality measures in themselves are only effective if they are monitored by an independent quality assurance function as part of a quality plan which has been bought into by the key stakeholders.

The Tawa team have experience in developing the appropriate quality mechanisms for an organisation and can provide independent quality assurance services on an ongoing or ad hoc basis.
