Actuarial Analysis

The Tawa Actuarial team's primary focus is the delivery of reserving information into management and financial reporting, we provide a monitoring service, tracking performance against projections and where appropriate recommending changes to forecasts.

In delivering the service it is key that the team are fully aware of intelligence which may impact reserving and to this end our team take a proactive approach to information gathering and trend analysis. Most importantly systems, processes and methods have been developed that efficiently deliver actuarial advice and projections.

We can assist clients as part of transitions into run off, the provision of an outsourced actuarial function or to support resolution of specific issues or shortfalls in resources. The unique perspective that we bring is that our team work day to day to deliver the services to our own clients and so have a very different perspective from consulting actuaries.
