Tawa conducts research and operates investment guidelines that assist identification of attractive opportunities before they become 'public'.

We welcome approaches for co-investment, where there are demonstrable financial or operational synergies, and Tawa will consider acquisitions outside its normal investment criteria, should such synergies be compelling.

Tawa can assist co-investors with an interest in discontinued business identify the right investment criteria and targets for their investment needs and, where appropriate, approach vendors and their advisors to facilitate a transaction.
